Premiere of the revised (complete) version on June 2nd & 4th, 2012, at Orpheum Theatre, Vancouver, BC, by the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, conductor Bramwell Tovey.
Commissioned by Linda Hawkins, Georgian Bay Children’s Choir. Premiered by the GBSYO with the GBCC on May 28th, 2010, in Owen Sound, ON. A version also exists for SATB & orch. and SATB (a cappella). Performed by the Festival Orchestra at the Kincardine Summer Music Festival in August 2016.

Premiered on June 2nd, 2008, in Owen Sound by the GBSYO and on June 8th, 2008, in Sudbury, ON, at the Northern Ontario Youth Orchestra Festival, conductor Victor Sawa. Toured by the Thunder Bay Symphony Youth Orchestra, Winnipeg, MN, February 2015. Performed ‘side-by-side’ with the Thunder Bay Symphony, T.B., ON, February 2015. Featured at Trinity Laban’s 2016 COLAB Festival celebrating the First nations peoples of Canada on February 17th, 2016, at the Royal Naval College Chapel, Greenwich, England. A version exists for string quintet/string orchestra and bass drum. -Premiered on February 15th, 2009, by the GBS string principals, conductor John Barnum in Owen Sound, ON. Performed at the Kincardine Summer Music Festival, by the Montreal String Quartet in August 2009. Performed at the Festival of the Sound, Parry Sound, ON, in July 2017.

Premiere performances took place on August 23rd&24th, 2014, in Toronto and on August 30th&31st in Vancouver at Taiwanfest by the Elite Artists Trio (Taiwan).

Premiered in February 1994 at the Winnipeg New Music Festival by the WSO string principals, Gwen Hoebig, Stephen Sitarski, Daniel Scholz & Arkadius Tesarcik. Live to air CBC FM national broadcast. Revised version premiered in March 2008 by GBS string principals.

Commissioned by Keith Horner of the CBC FM as an opening fanfare for the inaugural concert of Scott St. John’s Millennium Ensemble. Premiered by St. John, Thomas Wiebe, Sharon Kam and Jamie Parker at the Glenn Gould Studio on February 4th, 1994. Numerous CBC FM broadcasts. Performed by chamber trio Amici joined by a renowned violinist, Cho-Liang Lin at the Ettore Mazzoleni Hall at the RCM, Toronto, on April 21st, 2016.

I - Labyrinth II - Metamorphosis III - Impartation IV - Intermezzo V - At the Corner House Premiere of Labyrinth took place on March 5th, 1992, at Walter Hall, UofT, performed by Mark Fewer. Labyrinth was performed by Andrew Dawes at the 1992 CBC Young Composers Competition in Vancouver, BC: won 2nd Prize in Chamber Music, as well as the Audience Award. Labyrinth represented Canada at the 1993 International Rostrum of Composers in Paris, France. Complete Sonata won the 1995 SOCAN Pierre Mercure Award for Chamber Music. The Sonata was recorded live for the CBC FM by Marc Djokic on March 11th, 2012, in Halifax, NS Impartation was performed by Dennis Kim in Tampere, Finland in February 2012. Impartation was performed by Sue-Hye Han in Seoul, Korea, in January 2014. Labyrinth & At the Corner House were recorded on Marc Djokic’s debut ATMA Classic CD 'Solo Seven' in November 2018, which won the ‘Classical Recording of the Year’, 2020 ECMA.
Premiered by pianist Leslie Dala on October 27th, 1991, at Walter Hall, UofT. Numerous subsequent performances, most notably by pianist Marc Pierre Toth in Talinn, Estonia, in August 2016.
